Bio: Myles has 13 years of experience as a personal trainer and fitness coach working with people of all backgrounds and interests. He specializes in 6-week fitness challenges and transformations to help people experience extreme results. He also has extensive experience as an endurance sport coach with an emphasis on running (5k to Marathon). “I can help you energize your life so you can do the things you love to do even better. I give people the tools they need to produce the change they desire.”

Bio: Ty has been using his National Academy of Sports Medicine certifications in personal training, core, balance, strength, and power; and a degree in Kinesiology to help people reach their fitness goals. From weight loss, to strength training, and everything in-between, Ty will push you to workout harder and more effectively. Ty’s Philosophy “Consistency is the key to a healthy lifestyle.”
